Blondie
CCF Blues Moon (Blondie) is the newest addition to Hart Mountain Farm. What a fun and exciting new young filly to add to The Comet mare herd. Her dam Is an own daughter of Maple Squirrel and out of a daughter of Yankee. Her sire is Kentucky Chief. I’m looking forward to riding Blondie this spring. The Comet bred a lot of Maple Squirrel mares, and I see this as a great cross, so I had to buy one for my self. Blondie is a well gaited machine, lots of speed, with ideal conformation and the disposition that the Rockies are so famous for. She should mature to 15.1 hands.
Charm
My Lucky Charm, another sweet Johnson Toby grand daughter. She is an absolute doll to handle and ride. She is a gaited machine with tremendous speed. She has carried me all over the wilderness and camp outs. She has traveled with me to New Mexico and Utah and back, and all this barefoot. Charm is an absolute Charm indeed. Lass
S W’s Foxy Lass (Lass) is the sweetest and kindest mare I have ever encountered. She is a daughter of Storm. Warning! Her dam is a daughter of Johnston Toby. This mare gives me great joy when carrying me in the high Rocky Mountain trails, she is sure footed and a very good care taker of her rider. She brings me great pleasure in my life. Sheila
Moon dance Prema Nina (Sheila). Sheila is a gaited machine! She is an absolute blast to ride, and is a full sister to The Comet. I’m very grateful to be able to own her, and half ownership of her full brother The Comet with Bonnie Hodge. Sheila is a fine example of a true Rocky Mountain mare in every way: gait, disposition, conformation, and bloodlines. She is double registered. Sheila is 14.2 hands, and clear eyed.
